In the audience, you could have heard a fly flying! Concentrated, 400 international workers attended last week&#8217;s &#8220;Swiss Politics for Dummies&#8221; conference organised by Glocals, the community that brings together the largest number of &#8220;exparts&#8221; in Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p>Those present listened intently as journalist Pierre Cormon explained the subtleties of concordance and semi-direct democracy.
